We’re PR MACNUTS expert quality farming leaders. PROMACNUTS is in fact a private company registered by the “Rwanda Development Board” under the code 108866383, with the main purpose of promoting macadamia nuts in the Rwandan market and outside.
Our Mission
To restore degraded lands for increasing soil productivity and create economic development for sustainable contribution.
Our Vision
To work together to restore ecological functionality, to build research, training and innovation centers for ecological restoration through macadamia planting.
General Objective
To achieving biodiversity conservation, mitigating and adapting to climate change, enhancing ecosystem services, fostering sustainable socioeconomic development, and improving human health and well-being.
Goals
Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage agroforestry trees, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss.
Specific Objectives
• To plant macadamia trees to increase agro-forestation for the environment protection.
• To contribute to small-scale landscape restoration and the revitalization of degraded lands and agroforestry
• To improve the life of livelihoods for smallholder farmers
